19x8.5 front and 19x9.0 rear. Any more and you will run into problems.

do you know what the corresponding tire sizes woulf be in 18x8.5 and 18x9 rather than 19?

Default Can't run the same tires in 18s, Falken GRBs run narrow in 19s. In 18s, I'd say...
...245/35ZR18 and 255/35ZR18

All of this is not worth it because you are messing with the quattro and the tires will be expensive.

Just run 235/40ZR18 on 18x8.5 wheels all around or 245/35ZR18.
