Default will warranty cover the climate control system if....
the buttons are stuck due to the fateful combination of: a full Dunkin Donuts coffee, a poorly positioned drink holder, and a pothole.

The whole system is stuck on defrost at 70 degrees. Can't shut it off, change the temp, nothing. Luckily I live in upstate NY and its cold.

Any sugestions on a fix in the meantime?

next time: Passat cup holder. I've never used the Audi "cup holder"

Maybe, if you can convince them it's due to manufactuer defect.

Default supposedly it's easy, it just slides out
I saw a tech do it, but don't ask me the details. Must smell ok tho!

I went the dealer complaining about my buttons sticking, the cleaned them and now they work...
