Woohoo! Just sold my GSXR yesterday. Building mod list now...
funny thing is, I bought it used for $4650 3 years ago, and sold it yesterday for $4900.
These things have gotten hugely expensive.
So, here is what I have on the list thus far:
1. Exhaust (probably go with Vibrant or custom 3")
2. Miscellaneous repairs: ABS controller rebuild, replace yellow coolant expansion tank, buy 6 NGK spark plugs for upcoming "tune up", repair broken spring in driver door latch, etc.
3. Rhino ramps or bigger/better jack, or both.
4. 18" Summer Wheels and tires. Nothing real expensive here. Probably Fliks or another set I found for similar pricing. I need to find storage in my garage first, though.
5. Repair "clunk" from front left. Maybe add Vogtland C/Os from PureMS.
6. Full VAGCOM for $99.
7. I think my clutch is in the early stages of failure. Not sure what to go with though at this point. RS4 would be plenty, but if/when I add K04s it may not be the right choice.
ICs are somewhere in there, but here in Seattle, there are really only 2-3 months where ambient temps are hot.
Should I consider a rear sway bar?
I think that will be all I can do until the turbo lady comes a callin.
Oh, and for pure cosmetics, I'd like to look at changing the front mesh, but not a huge priority.

Unlocked version 409.11, so I misled you. I have a 3rd party cable
that does not unlock all of the features, and don't want to buy a new USB cable since I've read there is some difficulty with Lemmi, so to use my cable, I have to buy 409.11.
The only thing it doesn't have is "acceleration" and fully customizable logging blocks.
The big downside is if my laptop crashes, I'm SOL and would have to spend $99 again to register.

If you are thinking about adding rear sway bar, check out a car with StartUp's GT by Vogtland first.
You may find that you don't need to buy a sway bar at all with their setup. They cost a little more than regular Vogtland, but if you add the price of a sway bar, you will save more. Plus, you are local to StartUp, you can do a local pickup and maybe Tomasz will give you a deal on it....hint hint.
