Looking at s4 with K04 franken turbos. Car is excellent condition and owner wants top dollar. All stock minus k04's, is it worth paying top dollar? How are there turbos on longevity and reliability

How much is top dollar and how many miles? I would pay more than 50% of the cost of the aftermarket parts though. How new is the clutch?

The turbo's are not very old; if they're F21's they're really not very old and if they're F4H's then they are no longer available so it will be more difficult to assess how they hold up.

I wouldn't pay a premium for a car with just aftermarket turbo's.

car is supposedly extremely clean, mileage is 125k new clutch. 10k

In addition to the turbo's what modifications have been done? A stock S4 with that mileage might go for $4500-$7000. Modifications aren't going to add much, but if the car has the exact parts you're looking for I could see paying a little bit more. A typical Stage 3 car with turbo's, exhaust, mounts, brakes, and suspension upgrades may be able to fetch about $10k if it is in good condition with that mileage and the aftermarket parts are high quality.

If all that car has are turbo's, no fueling and tune to take advantage of them, then it isn't worth much more than a stock car.
