New turbos or sell my S4?
Hi All,
I just got my car back from the shop after getting some front suspension work done. They told me the turbos are started to get a little loud. I have 126,000 miles on the car and as far as I know the turbos are original. Now it's possible that I can get another 20-30K with these turbos or they may go tomorrow, who knows. The shop said it would be about 5K for new turbos, upgrading to K04's. I'm not necessarily looking for more power, just dependablity.
I'm in a dilemma, invest the money in this car or buy something new. I love the car but with this mileage, what would be the next thing to go after the turbos: trans, engine, etc.? If I did get something new, it would probably be something like a GTI or GLI.
Opinions please.

Stay with S4. I don't buy all the unreliability hype.
Other than the small things, the worst thing that can go wrong is your turbos going (and maybe $2k for ABS failure).
I've seen too many Audi's last over 200k miles to think Audi makes an unreliable product.
