Last week some *** attempted to slim jim my car, and now my drivers side door seems to open up with too much ease. It doesn't click when I lift the door handle. I'm taking the car to the dealer Monday to have them look at it. I wanted to know if this may be just an adjustment with the cable inside the door...or is there a possibility that there can be more to it than that. I STFA but came up short. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Just take the door panel off and take a look. You only need to remove about 5 screws to remove the panel.

car is still under factory warranty...if they don't cover it, i was planning on attempting it myself

The warranty is for things that are Audi's fault. Make a claim with your insurance company or pay out of your own pocket. It's not Audi's responsibility. Don't waste your dealer's time.
