Everything will run.
The only thing that is changed is the cluster will now be a custom cluster, the brake pedals I had to change to a non drive by wire setup, and the ABS is no longer in use. The traction control is taken over by the Autronics. All the creature comforts still work, yes even the alarm!

Bull...
Supra owners have a 6 cylinder 3.0L engine and have been doing single turbo upgrades on the MK4s for awhile.. If it was such a bad idea to go with a single turbo then why is it that supra owners are doing it?

because you can go MUCH faster for MUCH less in better suited cars.
If you mod a car those mods are valueless...don't give me the "but it costs X times less than..." because that X time more expensive car probably holds its value and retains its warranty.
If you REALLY want to go fast, there are way better ways to do it than hacking up an S4.
