Ran out and got an OEM replacement. The guy at the dealer said they make a new upgraded Throttle body boot. I got the same part. Anyone have any idea what the improved TBB is like?
Thanks AWE for diagnosing the leak, and fitting me in on such a short, short notice.
AWE didn't have any Samco TBBs so I put in the OEM tonight. Damn it feels good to be leak free!

I think my TBB is gone too I believe just got Samco TBB and F-Hose
I did not replace these 2 when I did my BPV as the A-Box 2000 tend to kill those 2 hardware easily.
I hope the clamps are not going to give me any problems.

I tightened mine just tight enough that when I press the screw head with my finger...
the clamp does not slide around the boot.
If you notice, your throtle body has a grove on the outside of it and that is where the boot's "inner lip" on the inside falls into that grove. That grove is pretty sharp if you run your fingers across it.
What I did, I got a piece of heat reflective tape and wrapped it around the throtle body so that the grove isn't as sharp but still there.
I then put the boot over it and put on the clamp tight enough, as I mentioned, so that as soon as I can push down on the bolt without the clamp sliding around, that is when I know it is tight enough.
So far no problems. But then again I never drive the car!!
I blieve the boot failure is result of that gutter like grove in the throtle body cutting into the boot along with clamps that are tightened waaay too much.
If you notice all the rips start right along that lip that goes into the groove on the outside part of the throtle body and then work their way out.
