You will be ok but if you want to just replace the boot then you should do it a.s.a.p.

Default its a pretty cheap fix if you get er done quick.. once the clicking starts.. the price jumps
from $12-20 per wheel to $99-200 per wheel

Default Audi dealers can supply a cheap kit - Blauparts also stocks a good one.
It's just a PITA because it's a messy tedious job.
