Just remember that even when your shop reflashes your ECU back to stock your car will still be flagged as having been flashed. The TD1 flag will get set.

The interesting thing is APR Stage 1 is installed by some VW dealers. I called one, my local participating Dealer and they wouldn't do the Tune on anything but the VW's. That dealer also said it would not however void the warranty if performed...?
