Taking delivery of 2013 S6 on Monday. Phantom, Black, Carbon inlay, LED pkg, 20's, Cold Weather, Side Assist. Completes the cycle of German cars for me. Current X5, E350, 997 C2 cab. Former CLK 500, 996 C4 cab, Cayman S, gen 2 Cayenne S. Can't wait to sink my teeth into the S 6. Reading this forum was most helpful in making my decision.

You'll love the car. I have 10K mi on mine and sold my 997c4s to get it. S6 is faster, more comfortable and way more practical. Miss the 997 in the corners and the stick shift (but don't miss the clutch in a daily driver). First Audi. Like you have had multiple prev German cars (BMWs and Porsches). The S6 is best mix of perf and luxury. Only complaint is I wish it looked more like it performs. Could use a little RS-type body work and more growl from the exhaust. A few subtle changes would make a big difference.

I too am trading my 997 C2 cab for the S6. Just finished emptying out my stuff from the Pcar. I've not been without a Porsche for years so maybe I'm growing up? Not likely!
