don't think you have to worry about losing any exclusivity... there are VERY few S6s around-- i think i heard something like 1000 2013s in the US? Regardless of the number, you never see them. At least I don't here in the PA/NJ/DE area.

I like my phantom black a lot although it is probably a bit more work as I don't like to drive it with any dust on it and it shows dust pretty easy.

I do not notice a purple tint in the sun, (I don't know, maybe I do! Either way it is very subtle) maybe a hint of dark gray because you can see the metallic better in the sun. what the phantom black pearl effect does do is when the light starts to go down at dusk, it looks like a huge polished black pearl. Very nice

Keep the RS5...Since you have 2 SUVs for kids and family stuff. If you didn't have 2 SUVs, then it makes sense to get S6 over RS5.

Thanks for all the input. Decided to keep the RS5 for now. Will probably revisit this question in 6-12 months.
