Considering an S6 with sport seats. I was wondering how serviceable is the white stitching regarding keeping it clean.I'm afraid over time it will discolor in spite of efforts to keep it clean. How long has this been available in the Audi line.Considering getting the "car protector plan"for insurance.Appreciate your thoughts.

I ride horses for a living so my car is constantly taking the brunt of it, I travel a lot and am always in dirt and when it rains mud, my stitching has yet to discolor and I have about 13k on my car I Have also had my car since October of last year.

My 2007 S6 has the exact same stitching around the outside edges of my seats and where I have leather trim. While it's not as much as in the newer S6, I've had it for about 4 years and it looks totally fine. No stains or discoloration anywhere.

how about cleaning them applying leather care/cleaning products? on my other cars i just wipe it everywhere. im a little hesistant to try on this one. anyone try yet?

I'm pretty sure it's a nylon stitch, so it should be and has been easy to clean and keep clean...
