Keep in mind that even if you leave the car in dynamic mode in the MMI, it will default to the normal D mode for the transmission on start up.
You must manually put the transmission in sport mode each time you start the car, or reselect dynamic in the MMI although it is already highlighted.
There are only two "automatic" transmission modes, and they are shown in the center of the instrument cluster as either a D or an S.
