Do all S6s have an indent in exhaust pipe?

Do all S6s have an indent in exhaust pipe?
I finally got a round to looking over my S6 on my lift. There was nothing too remarkable, besides most of the underside being covered with panels. I've heard of bellypans, but this is a bit extreme. I imagine they keep things quiet in the cabin, and help with highway fuel mileage.
The one thing that seemed a bit odd was an indent in the exhaust pipe in the last bend before the muffler.

Where the exhaust pipes go above a cross-brace, they are a little compressed, but I can see the the need for those bends.

But, I wonder if every S6 has this same indent.

That doesn't look "right" to me. The second shot has a faint "L" shape on the left side.
Just another reason that I have the dealer put the car on the lift when I pick up a new car. I learned that after I paid for a gas tank that looked like it was stoved in by the carrier. They claimed that I ran over something.

When my car was being detailed before delivery, I had a chance to look underneath. I was actually pretty impressed with the quality of the exhaust - wide, mandrel-bends everywhere except towards the end. From memory, I cannot correlate them to your pictures, but it seems about right. Those crush bends struck me as a bit gratuitous, as they don't seem to be necessary in order to clear any suspension bits.
