(A) button

I am curious as to what is the (A) button below the auto hand brake (P) button. I have seen this in S7 photos. In Europe.

when you stop at a red light the car's engine will turn off and display the (A). When you take your foot off of the brake pedal the (A) turns off and the engine starts. Saves fuel.

It is in the pic you have posted. It is the button below the handbrake button.

Do I guess in NA we won't have this button as our S cars will not have stop start only the 2013 A series.

I thought that was the button for the brake hold at a stop light, you wouldn't have to keep your foot on the brake. The Stop/Start button is on the center stack for cars so equipped.
