It seems like the passenger side of the center console is getting fairly warm - warm enough that my wife notices the warmth on her legs (even with full A/C blasting in 90 degree heat here).. any thoughts - anyone else experiencing it? Transmission heat?

Check the setting of the rear passenger side HVAC. The duct work that feeds it goes down the passenger side console.

Chalk another win up for these forums - Tenspeed - that was it, somehow the rear passenger thermostat had been spun up to high!

Maybe turning up the rear heat would warm the console during the winter months. My wife always likes it warmer than I do.

I believe you can also sync the rear temp controls to the front. It's a setting in the MMI "Settings" area.
