S7 license plate holder

Have only found an Audi Sport license plate holder...no S7 license plate holder.
Anyone have a cool license plate holder for an S7

Plain black and minimalist is my choice, so as to not call attention to the license plate. On the front, I prefer the look without a plate at all, but in CA they sometimes will give you a ticket, so I opted for a plate, and my vehicle came with the front license plate holder unfortunately, and didn't feel like replacing the whole grill insert with the "no front plate" insert. If you remove the plate holder, the grill looks unfinished with holes and some of the horizontal bars are missing where the plate holder goes.

I minimized the obnoxiousness of the plate with some dremel tool work. photo attached.
