Has anyone tried replacing their interior bulbs with LEDs? I found a kit for around 100 bucks. Would it be worth the price. Does it add a nicer hue to interior lighting? Or can they be too harsh?

First, no it won't void your warranty.
Many of us have installed the Ziza kit from ECS, which comes with everything you need for a total conversion of every traditional bulb (even in places you didn't realize had bulbs). I'm a huge fan. My S3 came standard with LED interior, and so my SQ5 was so obviously different when I got it. I love the clean, well illuminated, more modern feel it gives the cabin, and would say it was worth every penny paid (~$100 as you said).

I replaced my interior lights with high-quality LEDs from vLEDS. My interior is super bright white light. My wife hates it (says it is too bright), but hey, the Audi is my ride. The sun looks a little dimmer when I open the door to my SQ5. LOL
-it also includes red door puddle LEDS which many kits DO NOT include.
You get what you pay for.
