Default MAF VAG result

my audi 2006 a8L few weeks ago was having starting issues, with the help of AudiWorld team and VAG findings i was able to get that issue resolved by replacing crank sensor. During the troubleshooting i had removed MAF and cleaned it using CRC MAF cleaner, left it out overnight to dry and installed it next AM but now i am getting 'System too Rich' codes. I ran the VAG MAF test and results are in the pic below. Is it pretty conclusive at this point based on VAG MAF result that the issue is related to MAF and it needs to be replaced? Did i damage the MAF sensor by taking it out and cleaning it using CRC MAF Cleaner?

so, bought a new MAF off Amazon 'free next day delivery, couldn't resist' and after installing it car cranks/starts fine but acts like its losing power right after it. I disconnected the new MAF and it starts and runs fine. Did i get a defective MAF ? sad face

No, it's only works with original one. I got the same problem. Bought Hitachi and it worked perfectly

I've never replaced the one on the D3, but the last one I replaced on the V6 was Hitachi, and the one on the D2 4.2 was actually the Bosch... Sorry, my mistake. I got them from Autohauz. The aftermarket on really loss power when installed until the original one was in place.
A8 D2

Without scanning I couldn’t be sure, but common sense says you either got a defective one, or not the right one specifically for D3 4.2.

so, turned out to be loose air inlet tube attached to the throttle body. i tightened it down and no codes came back & this fixed my cold start engine shake issue as well. it is tightened down using bolt hose clamp. I have no clue how it got loosen but i would advise checking it if you are experiencing issues similar to what i have described. I appreciate everyone's input helping me sorting this out.
