Default Exhaust for s8 plus

Hey guys I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on and exhaust for my 16 S8 Plus and it seems that there are only a couple of options which are supersprint or milltek. Does anyone know if armytrix or awe make custom exhaust for the s8.

Has anyone heard either of these in person and which one would you guys choose if you had a choice. I've heard some on YouTube and and supersprint does seem to sound better but they do not have an option for valvetronic which I like obviously because it does quiet the car down a lot.

Also does anyone on here have the milltek exhaust without or with the resonator because I really want to know if there is drone without the resonator.

No data on your questions, but one back for you: do you have the "standard" S8 exhaust, or the factory sport one? IIRC, it was rolled into the dynamic package, which only came out with the Plus. If you don't have sport already, you could consider going at it that way. Likely go just can by can/section by section as desired, preserve factory valving, and so on.

So I have thought about that as I have already taken out the mid suitcase resonator...however the sport mufflers (which I dont have) costs about $1000 each so at that point I might as well go with something that is louder...I feel like the stock sport mufflers will still not be loud enough for me and also I may not like the sound.

I would hate to have spent $2000 only to find out that i want to get something else.

I can't be sure of part #s for the Plus option (online EKTA only goes to some point in 2016), but at least some of the S8 fitments shown for one side I checked are $695 list, $479.55 at audiusaparts.com. Less than half the numbers you are working with. If you have a good VIN for a Plus with the sport exhaust (or the PR code for it), they should be able to find the correct part #.

I was looking into purchasing an exhaust as well. I was really happy with a custom exhaust that I had made on my S6. Finding a reputable shop to do the work that you can trust with the welding is one thing though...

I had Borla S-Types on my Stage 3 S6 - sounded beautiful.

How much did that end up costing you?
