on my previous audi I did APR (went stage 2+ on my 2.7 allroad). it's easy and cheap to flash the ECU, and can be turned back to stock if you'd like just as easy
here's info on a graph. 55 hp and 63ftlbs . with a much better torque curve for the street

their website is www.goapr.com
There's a dealer locator link on their site, you being in Nashville, GPO on Lebanon Pike is likely the closest for you. https://www.gpotuning.com/ and it looks like they also do GIAC tuning, another respected company that writes ecu code for VW/audi
I went stage 2+ on my allroad, and this was 12-13 years ago. IIRC an ECU stage 1 flash was around $500. Checking out the website looks like they now get $599 for the 2.0 stage 1.
It's quick, they flash your current ECU through the OBD2 port, and just as quick can convert back to stock.

Race Chip is working great, lots of power when you need it, appears to save fuel during every day driving.
Very easy to fine tune from your smart phone.
Having lots of fun with it.
No track time yet but coming
