Default 2019 Audi A8L

I purchased my dream car a few years ago used. I love it. Unfortunately the dash has started to bubble up. The dealer is asking anywhere from $7000 to $8000 US to replace. A used dash is only $800 to $1000. The only thing is I don't know how to replace it. I am mechanically inclined and pretty confident that I can take my time and replace the dash panel. I just need a schematic or some info to help. I plan on recording the whole procedure and posting once completed. Can someone please help me out? Thanks. 1 2019 Audi A8L

You'll need the Erwin training manual for mechanics. I believe it's the "Interior" chapter.

I'm originally from Taiwan and it's very normal for cars to have this "carpet" like dashboard cover. It's hard to explain as it looks like something out of an Austin Powers movie. I've always wondered "why" this is a thing over there but I think this thread gives me ideas as to why...
