Default Just vagged my car, anyone with some advice would be great and well appreciated.....................
I went in for an oil change and these logs were found in my car:

16891-idle control system RPM:higher than expected

17521-oxygen (Lambda) sensor; B1 S1: Internal resistance too high

16684-Random/Multiple cylinder misfire detected

16687-cylinder 3:misfire detected

My car has been pinging latley, if I change the oxygen sensor do you think that it will fix the other problems??

Possibly. It sounds like a bad O2 sensor.

I only use 93 from texaco or amaco, what is and does a throttle adaption do?

post. If you take some logs with your VAG and post them , we can see if you are pinging or not.

Default my buddy had some o2 sensor problems as well as misfires. he replaced the o2's and its running fine
no more misfires.

local shop hooked up the Vag-Com, do I just need to ask him if I can drive for a few mins with Vag??

I think you should start with replacing the O2 sensor per VelcocityS4 suggestion above.
