ABS issue ?

ABS issue ?
Ok, I'm reposting since my posts over the past few days turned into my own blog.
Problem is a fairly loud "clicking" in the drivers side caliper area. I'm now able to hear it in park with my foot on the brake. No codes, no light on the dash. ABS seems to be working ok. Cleaned the sensors twice.
If I put my hand around the caliper, I can feel something that matches the sound. Any ideas on what else to try ? First time wishin' for a code to appear !!

yes, they only have about 5k miles on them. This happens when standing still, brake depressed...
so the pads are stationary at that point. It will do it when driving too. A couple of people have replaced ABS pumps. Is this one of the symptoms ? I've never had to do any ABS trouble shooting before aside from the sensors.

Dam*d odd, Watson..
Clicking while static is very odd.
Pull the wheel and see if it still clicks, if so you should be able to put your hand on the caliper and feel exactly where. Could you possibly have a cracked disc or a separation in the internal vent castings? Give the disc a few light taps with a hammer and see if it sounds dead (might be hard to tell with the pads damping it).
Caliper sliding OK? Brake hose secure at all points? And when in doubt, bleed
Be sure and say when you figure this out.
