Dealer name on car likely?

Dealer name on car likely?

Placed the order today, car comes tomorrow. (very good deal btw) Forgot to ask if they'll stick their name permanently on the car somewhere. Should I be worried and call them first thing in the morning?

Definitely tell them! Depends on the dealer. I requested NO dealer markings, turns out the dealer...

does not put them on anyway (just the license plate cover). I could live with that. Another place in town does put a sticker on the rear, and it looks bad. If you do not want one - definitely request it!

Never!!! I always tell them right away that they are to put nothing on the car like that

They always comply and understand completely. Many dealers have stopped with the decals & such and just put ugly license frames on. No problemo.

Depending on state - may be illegal - it is in MA, unless they get your consent

We also requested not to have a front plate bracket mounted (only have one plate)

my dealer put a "sticker" on my new one and I removed as he handed me the keys! (What if they had drilled holes???)
(after some dialog) I told him I didn't notice a discount for advertising . . .
