Dude,did I see you post down below that you installed stock chip and it was working o.k.?
And to clean the MAF according to BulliTT take electronic cleaner (canned air I think) and spray the sensor in the intake. I'll bet you have some build-up on that thing from you filter, but then again yours is so far away I don't see how the oil could have traveled all the way up the intake hose.
