Advice on purchase of 2003 1.8 Quattro w/42K

I'm considering buying a 2003 1.8 Quattro with 42K miles. What are your thoughts on the mileage, model year, what price I should pay and whether I should buy it with an Audi Certification (The four-year new car warranty just expired). I'm working with a broker who specializes in Audi high-performance models.

You should absolutely purchase and Audi Certified TT...or some other form of extended warranty

But only an Audi dealer can offer a Certified Pre-owned warranty..

Thanks for this advice. I reached the same conclusion before reading these posts and decided to pass on this one as it did not go through an Audi dealership. I'm just going to have to be patient until my ideal version pops up.
