Default Car Stalling Out!

I have an 04' 225QC. I've brought it to the dealership 5 times now for the same problem. Every morning after having it sit all night the car stalls out on the first attempt to start it. After it stalls once, it starts up fine on the second attempt. So far the dealership has replaced: Temp. sensor, Throttle body, Fuel press. reg. switch, Mass airflow sensor, Fuel pump/Fuel filter. The problem is still occuring and I have no idea what it could be, neither does the dealership. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE HELPFUL!!!

Default can you get a VAG on ot before starting and check codes.

I suspect a vacuum problem.

Default mine does that every once in a while

no idea what causes it. When doing my recent TB R&R I checked as many vacuum lines as I could while the car was apart. The line to the combi valve looked a little baked so I replaced it. I have not had it stall upon startup since but I have only been driving it a few days since the TB replacement. So we'll see.

I also scan w/ Vag Com every few weeks and there have been no codes.

The dealership claimed there are no codes being listed.

Have they 'observed' the behavior, or just the car as-found when you delvier it to them?

Do you turn the key to ON and get the OK! before cranking?

The OK always goes on when it is clearly not OK. And yes, dealership has been observing it

Default The reason he asked this is because many have had this problem >>>

Waiting the extra few seconds seemed to fix it for some, probably has to do with building up fuel pressure.

Try waiting after the OK a few seconds. Your FPR may be a bit slow with age, but still funtional.

your dealer lied to you. I same problem as you before. Brought to my dealer, the problem is the battery. They refill the acid water and tighten the cable.
Did you pay for anything?
