1. not driving an Audi or other moded car (like they take an intrest in diving)
2. have visor down with sun at back
3. go from on ramp to #1 lane and off in the same manner
4. have two or more pair of glasses on at the same time when driving
5. you can't see them from behind
6. the windows are so dirty you can't see through to the traffic ahead
7. even with 40k of lights/siren/horn going testrone fire truck baring down on them they still won't give up their lane
8. loaf along till you try to pass then speed up
9. come rushing up from behind, you move to let pass and they suck to the left rear and trap you behind a rock throughing truck
10 16 and blond (M of F) with hat on backwards type sitting low liki I'm so cool

#11: The turn signal actually does have a use.
#12: Slow down to a crawl before turning off.
#13: Left lane is for passing. Left lane is for passing. Left lane is for passing.
#14: Re. #13, A quick flick of the highbeams because you're going 55 in the left does not warrant a middle finger and continued hogging of the lane.
#15: Put the damn cellphone down.
