nys license plate question

nys license plate question
i want to get one of those europlates for the front of my 95 90, anybody know the nys rules on that? Can i get away with having a europlate in the front and the Real NYS plate in the back?

Texas just changed the law too
If ANY part of the tag is covered by a frame, plastic, etc, you can and will be pulled over solely for that and ticketed - around $200!
It's because they are installing camera ticket systems various places like tollways, red lights, etc.

you have to have a front and back plate in new york. however, you can have as many other plates on as you want as long as it doesn't obstruct the actual plate. my grandma has a euro plate on her bmw, she just used the bottom two bolts of the actual lisence plate mount to secure the plate.
