Code 1111 - Clarification Please?

Code 1111 - Clarification Please?
When doing the search, it seems like there is no clear answer to this question (ECU, ignition module blah, blah, blah).
When key is being turned on, I does not turn on the fuel pump, and no engine light is on...but when engine is turned over you can hear the pump is on. 88A90Q (engine is also starting fine)
