Default Great service by my dealership

Took my car in to fix my PRNDS display flashing. Told the service guy my paint in the bumper had a crack in it (no accidents) and that there was a small tear on my door.

When I came to pick it up, the bumper was re-painted and the door panel was ordered. I was shocked, pretty much expected to get the "it's not under warranty" excuse.

Default Not all dealers are created equal.........glad you have a good one

I had my first service done away from home and the dealer there was awesome.(Kingston,Ont) No problem getting an appointment and extremely friendly. While my car was being serviced the technician said that my drivers headlight was screwed because of condensation and that he would order me a new one.(I never noticed) I told him I wasn't from here and that I would have to get it replaced at home. Once I got home I took my car in and they wouldn't even look at it saying it was normal. After a week of fighting they finally looked at it and replaced it. I also had my roof racks moved by Kingston because of the special screws I couldn't. They didn't charge me anything. When I was at home I asked if they could remove the racks so I would be able to install and remove when ever I wanted. They tried to charge me 20.00dollars. Come to find out they never gave me the tool for removing the racks and now they wanted to charge me everytime I needed them moved.
On average 3 weeks to get an appointment then 1 week to get the part in and another 2 weeks to get another appointment to install part.
I really like my Audi but I will never buy one in this city ever again.(only one dealer)
