Humming noise below rear seats...

Seems to be a humming noise that changes volume with speed. Passenger says behind the center console seems to vibrate....any suggestions? Wheel bearing? Rear Diff? HELP!!

2nd the fuel pump

most likely the fuel pump. mine failed @ 28k christmas day last year... spent two hours finding a flat bed to get it towed in... good times... it's covered under warranty and unfortunatly isn't that uncommon with our a4's ...
