Superleggera (Race Silver) 18 x 8
How much in Aus $?
Has anyone weighed the wheel and have a weight in kg? Wheel weight with or without rubber?
How long did it take to have them delivered and how much was shipping?
Saving like a madman as i expect they are $500 plus a corner.

I have Oz Superlegerra in 18" X 8" Anthracite and I am in Melbourne Australia

I hate to dissapoint you but you are seriously underestimating the costs involved and time.
Expect to pay $1000+ per wheel Australian and expect a long wait - up to 6 months or more.
Whoever quoted you $500 has no idea of the rim cost, let alone shipping, customs, duty, GST etc.
I got mine about a year and a half ago after waiting more than 6 months for them at a cost of $1100 per corner. I actually bought 5 - so I would have a spare :-)
I shopped all over the place to get them and was quoted prices as high as $1400 per rim.
In terms of weight - these are one of the lightest rims you will ever see. "Superleggera" is Italian for "Super Light" - on the scales they weighed less than my stock 16" Rims!
These rims also have a reputation for being EXTREMLEY strong.
Awesome wheels - at even more awesome dollars.

Wow! Well glad i have two jobs - much more white knuckle saving to go =(

I guess you get what you pay for and they will make a big difference on the track.

Forgot to mention: when u feel like ur savings are getting close - place your order.
Dont wait until you have saved it all - or you will be waiting another 6 months like I did :-(
Just leave a deposit and place your order - that way when they arrive you will have finished saving. :-)
