No. I'm just curious what the FSI V8 would take (same specs or not). I'm not particularly..

interested in the RS4 itself. Nice car but I don't really give a **** about pre-production blaB.

I posted a video a few days ago where the owner said his car consumed about half a quart of 0W30

every 620 miles.

Thanks. Interesting that the 8250 rpm FSI still calls for a 0W-30. Do you happen to know what..

weight the Veryon calls for? I had a feelingit is also 0W-30 but I am interested to know. It is an overall not highly stressed engine even with the prodigious horsepower.

It shouldn't matter. People who track their car on this forum work the engine just as hard...

and they don't consume that much oil.

That's too much IMO in any case. Audi tests their engines for hours and hours on end at full speed/rated load for blowby and oil consumption during the develpment phase.

If he pushed the issue with Audi, they'd probably give him a new engine.
