Benz driver, convert me
Hi I am Alex from Santa Cruz, I currently drive a 1988 Mercedes 560sec. Don't get me wrong I love the car, but I recently drove a friends 2001 Audi s4 and I fell in love. I am now looking to buy one but I am new to Audi. Can someone give me some history and inlightenment on Audi. What are the difference (besides engine size) on the s4's b5 platform and the b6 platform. Thanks a lot.

B5 >> B6. Check out s4wiki.com and wikipedia.org for basic info and search through archives on the various forums. Biggest differences: B5 is twin-turbo, B6 is normally aspirated. The modification potential of the B5 is tremendous and a major reason it is so well-loved.
