Oil Pressure warning light in dash..what sensor?

Have found out that 1 wire is for low pressure and one for high pressure but not warning
lite.
Somebody mentioned a 1 wire sensor between the AC Compressor & the Crank.

Guess your car is wired differently than mine.
On my car, the light in the dash is low pressure and comes on with the sensor that's on the Tee behind the oil filter.
I know this is true because I replaced the sensor with a dual sender/sensor so I could add an oil pressure gauge.

I just installed my engine with new oil pump and I installed the new blue oil pressure switch because I had the oil light come on with it beeping. I still have the oil light when I slowly rev it to about 2300 rpm in neutral. So it must be the other oil switch just across from it on the same tee?? Am I right Gullfyre?? Thanks Duane

The senders are only $15 for the both of them, so not expensive, plus, be sure the tee is cleaned out.
If you are adding an OEM oil pressure gauge, you get the dual unit and replace the blue switch.
Of course, before going too insane, be sure you put a gauge on it and make sure your oil pressure is OK through the range.

Fixed, it was the high pressure switch on the tee in front of the upper oil pan, I thought I would have to removed the compressor and lines all over again. Dad made a special wrench with torch and just good enough to get at it!! 
I swear €udi didn't think about sensor replacement and im sure it would be a $300.00 job for a 12.00 part if you didn't know no better. …Pretty Scarry
