Default How did you wrap the steering wheel
Where did you get that done? I might wrap mine but i am not sure how to go about it

If you're talking about the steering wheel I think its factory. I may be wrong but there's someone else on here who has an Audi 90 with a cabriolet steering wheel and it already has the leather wrap on it just like this

I just went through your link to the manual conversion. I am impressed and humbled. Significant issues were addressed and overcome courageously. I'd of had a heart attack over the crank issue alone. I'd like to know if the mileage improved.

I bought it this way from a guy on quattroworld. It is definitely new leather and was re-covered. I had a different 3 spoke on it when I got the car.

Thanks! Everything I had to do had been documented (I think) so I wasn't breaking any new ground. I still haven't done the reverse lights but everything else works pretty well.
I was a little freaked out using an angle grinder on the crankshaft though!
