Lost settings(ir keys,alarm,auto windows up etc)after battery off

Lost settings(ir keys,alarm,auto windows up etc)after battery off
I had the following issue.
My car was down for one week without battery on it.
When i reconnected the battery the keys were not working.
I tried to reteach the keys with the instructions what i found here in Aw.
It was not worked very well(i press the open button for 5 sec but that was not worked) but somehow the key began to worked but locked the doors and alarm was activated while i was sitting in the car.
I reconnected the battery but afterall i could not reteach the ir keys.
When i let one key in ignition with on position and manually turn the other key
in the driver's door.Then when i press the key button's the indicators blinking(but no alarm activated),i can do it for 5 times but after all nothing happened by pressing.
Making some tests with vcds everything works(alarm,central locks etc).
I can see the fault codes that doors,trunk were opened while alarm was on
I could not reteach any keys since only the 00 channel is avaliable.
I was told that the flash memory was crashed when i disconnect the battery when alarm was active.
I don't know how to recode the central lock module.
What i can see:
The workshop code is : 65535
The software code is 10184
But if the flash was crashed why is not 00000 these values?
Does the recode will help?The biggest issue is the i dont know the meaning of these vag codes.
