Default Brake Pad Recomendation?

Hi there time for a new set of pads for the front brakes on my 2011 S Line Q7 at 223k miles. I have had great success with Pagid pads often getting 45k on them vs the original pads (Even though website says they are OEM) that I was getting 25k on. Wondering if the group had any thoughts for a good performing pad that will last 40k miles. I do a bit of towing and drive fairly aggressively and have been happy with the pagids just wondering if there is something else the group recommends.
Thanks for your help!
Al

I've had OEM and TRW but I think my favorite has been Pagid. They've had low dusting compared to OEM and better fade resistance vs TRW. OEM's lasted just about 60k and weren't bad except for the dusting. I feel that the Pagid gives the best combination of stopping power and low dusting. I only put them on last year so I can't speak to longevity but if you get them from FCP that shouldn't matter.

I slapped Centric pads on original rotors at 54000 miles and have 7mm left at 95000 miles.

I am picky about brake performance. Do not like ceramics because they do not have the initial bite of semi metallics.
On our 2 4L Q7s I’ve used OEM from the dealer, Centric Posi Quiet Semi Metallic and Currently, NAPA Ultra Semi Metallic. All of these have been excellent with no distinguishable difference from OEM.

When it comes to the Brembo brakes on this car, I'm not trying to 'reinvent the wheel'. I buy the Zimmerman rotors/Padgid pads setup, new brake hardware, and i get them from FCP Euro, which provides a lifetime replacement warranty...even on the wear items like brakes. So buy it once and the next time you buy it, you just send back the worn out take-off part(s), oil, wipers, etc., and they credit you back for those items. Most owners won't make the small effort required to return them to FCP, but that savings is paying for my Malone Tune Stage 2, yup.
