Enabling engineering menu in 2012 Q5

I've been trying to activate my engineering menu for a while and after purchasing one of OBDelevens pro kits with coding, I'm able to access some units to do long coding however things like my mmi system and my display are blacked out and I cannot communicate with them.

Why do you want to enter the hidden menu?
What do you want to do, do you know that you can brick MMI if you don't know what you are doing

There is activation via VCDS or via script
