Question -- My S4 is lowered with H&R sport springs. I just ordered new...

tires for the Chicago winter. Luke at the Tire rack talked me into 235x45's because the tire brand performs better in wet and snow than what I ordered and this brand doesn't come in 225x45. However, I'm concerned about clearance. Does anyone have 235x45's on stock S4 wheels on a lowered car?

I passed 245/35R18 on BBS RXII on an Eibach'd S4 avant. And I have 235/35/18 on OZ supertourismo on a Eibach'd A4 avant.

But every group wheel/tire/spring seems to be different.
