negative effects?????

i just ordered 18" aez bimos and want to run s02 pole pos. tires. PROBLEM; tirerack size is a 225 35 18. using a tire/wheel calculator, i found there to be a .77 inch difference in height. significant? i know its a 3% change in speedo and will rev higher to match previous cruising speeds, but i mean will it throw off any vehicle systems? mileage computer, of course, but what about abs or traction control? will a 35 series tire ride really harsh for suburban and highway cruising? anyone with experience in this size? thanks.

For an 18" wheel, the correct tire size should be 225/40/18. This is only a .4% difference
