McKenna....i know that one bad apple can ruin a whole lot.....but here is what happen..

i called mckenna for service on temperaure gauge...got appointment at 1230 for service. went there and was greeted by a service rep named "d". who did not even bother to shake my hand..okay, no big deal...i said ,"i 've got appt at 1230 today , can u see what you can do."
he responds, "cant even look at your car today, maybe tomorrow."
i said" then what is the point of the appt for, you told me to come down here to have car looked at. well, you if you cant, i will go to another dealer ship today to have it looked at"
then he raises his voice and said, "what, is that a threat?"
i responded, "no, but i want just the real deal, if you cant look at my car, let me know, so i can go the other dealer., that wasnt a threat, that was i can plan things out/"
he said, "sounded a threat.......so you want to leave your car or not"
at that point, i said, "dont get aggressive with me alright, you gave me an appt, and now you telling me this."

at that point, i have had it...i said" i dont want to talk to you more alright."

took by car to other dealer, got it serviced the same day with a better attitude.

Default Typical for McKenna. Same attitude at McKenna BMW...

Last weekend I took my friend to drop of his 330i for service. I was shocked at how poor their service was compared to my experiences with Audi dealers.

Their sales dept. isn't any better. My friend asked about the pricing on the x5 and the sales guy acted like we were bothering him. Same thing when we were looking for a b6 for my GF.

Every employee I've had contact with there acted like they had 3 745's in their garage or something.

Default i stopped using mckenna after my first [service]interval...from there on out - i went to circle

steve thompson was the man! now i'm out of warranty, so jose(eurotech) handles my biz. by mckenna...we won't even talk about sales. looks like since the bmw half got busted a few years back for identity fraud and all, they all got very stuck up.

half the people on the audi(sales) side don't know jack about the cars. i've been there twice to see about getting into a newer TT and they jerk you around, don't follow up...hate to say it, but they only had like 3 TT's on the lot.

Default I've had nthing but excellent service from Mc Kenna, as a case in point they went to bat for me and

got AOA to cover the lion's share of an out of warrenty tranny replacement. They always greet me by name as I walk in the door and offer smiles all around.
