Question about Phoenix area emissions testing for cars coming in from out of state
I'm moving from SoCal, and was wonder what the test procedure currently is. I've heard anything from "Just an OBD-II readiness scan" to "OBD-II readiness scan and sniffer at idle and cruise speeds".
If anybody can elaborate about what I'm up against, I'd appreciate it!
FWIW, my car is a 2000 Stage 3 S4 with ASP fueling.

if your car has OBD II then you'll be in and out as fast as it takes to pull your codes and test your gas cap. Pull your codes before you go at your locoal checkers and make sure your not throwing any.
