CH: Camera disappears
Hello, everyone. I don't know if I post this in the right section?
For a few days, I've had camera problem (on an Audi A4 B9 of 2016).
I have the camera option with 360º view. But suddenly, this option has disappeared.
When I reverse, or press the button to trigger the cameras, it only displays the radars on the MMI.
Although I had stuffed in every possible and imaginable menu, I don't see how I could have disable this function.
And when the radar is activated, going to the options, I no longer have the camera options:
Would anyone had a similar problem?
Or would someone have something to advise me to avoid going to Audi?
I've already tried a factory reset on the MMI, apart from removing all the settings I had done, it didn't change me anything
I'm also considering acquiring a VCDS or VCP cable if necessary (I don't know too much which one, for that matter)
I'm going to try to disconnect the battery for a little moment in the coming days to see if it would change something. And also control the fuses. Besides, if someone has the fuse diagram, it could refer me...
Thank you very much for your answers

Some news for my problem...
I ordered a VCDS cable to see if I can find the origin of the problem.
While doing an autoscan, VCDS suddenly crashes when interrogating the 6C module (reversing camera).
However, I can interrogate all ECUs individually in VCDS without any problem.
The can gateway module tells me:

This is exactly when I realized my camera problem.
While trying to interrogate module 6C, same as during the autoscan, the program crashes in exactly the same way with strange characters in the VAG number:
The module in question is located in the boot in the hatch on the left. I have tried to disconnect the power supply and interrogate module 6C again -> the program does not crash any more but tells me that the computer does not respond.
Does this module have an internal program? I wonder if I could maybe try to flash it.
I found some used ones on the net. If I buy one, should I program it or is it plug and play?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Thomas
