Message for the Moderator
Hi Moderator,
Allow me to apologise yet again if via this Forum is not how to contact you. I DID look under the menu for forums, but "Test Forum" was the closest match I could find to replying to you. And having come out of your message, I also couldn't find it again to reply to it. This site is obviously very comprehensive indeed, so although I have over 40 years' experience of computer use, using many such forum sites in that time, I'm still a little at sea with this one at the moment, so hoping for a little tolerance.
You left me a message today to let me know that you had moved my thread titled "Rename the car's Bluetooth Name".
First, I admit that I have not checked, so in moving my thread, is it the one in Members Area - Welcome, that you have moved, or the twin of it that I posted in Technical ....etc. ?
Second, I have seen the one in the new location Q5/SQ5 Version 1 (or some similar title, I'm going on memory!). I don't mind at all, but I see that that particular forum is for Q5's up to 2017, but my Q5 is a 2020 model. Does this matter or not, please?

I moved the thread.
We don't want duplicate threads.
You did not reveal what year your car was so I took a guess. I will move it to the Mk 2 vehicle forum.
You will get far more response in the forum I moved your thread to.

Ah, ok, thanks so much. I quite understand that duplicate posts could very quickly clog up the site, not to mention cause irritation, so thank you for moving my thread to a more appropriate place - replies are after all what I came here for :-)
