Default Is there anyone in Austin that can help me locate a coolant leak?

found out that all of my coolant has leaked out, but couldn't locate the leak.

i dont think my problem is the auxiliary pump because ALL of the coolant has leaked out and i've checked around that area already.

Default Matt, I will be here in Feb - do you go to the monthly GTGs? It would be good to meet up.

I'm looking forward to seeing how my car likes 93Oct. It currently only gets 91 craptane in CA.

DeionDavid - I assume you have looked under the car already? The distilled water could make the leak more difficult to find. Maybe fill it up with coolant, take the belly pan off and let it idle with the heater on for abit while the car is on ramps.

Default i just moved here from California myself <more>

I haven't been to any of the GTG's yet, but I plan on getting to one soon.

I didn't notice much (if any) of a difference going from 91 to 93 octane. I ran 100 octane in CA most of the time, so that was nice. Doesn't seem to be available at the pump here in Austin.

Default you can smell and see antifreeze on the dipstick, if you are leaking coolant.

into the engine block. White smoke and or Liquid floating on the oil sitting in the pan.

If you have neither, then do you have puddling under the car?
