Default To "TT" or not to "TT"

I'm over here from the BMW board (currently have a 98 M3). Last year I was a Boxster boarder, now it's time for another car. I'm looking at several options and i wanted your opinions on the TT (225) roadster. Here's my options: '99 Vette convertible, '99 Boxster (non-S), '00 M roadster, or an '01 TT roadster - any opinions? Preferably, if you've owned any of these cars previously I'd like your opinion. Personally, the Boxster has been my favorite car so far. I'd probably get a Boxster S if I could spring for it, but these cars are more in my range. Never owned an Audi - whats it like?

Thanks

///ML.

Default hhmmm, admitedly there are certain areas that Audi falls off the chart.....

Their customer service for the most part. BMW's have problems too but they dont treat their customers like they have leprosy either when it comes to fixing things. That is my only complaint. Is it as fast as a vette? an M Roadster? A Boxter? Maybe not all of them, but for the price of all 3 of them *new* would be much better spent (IMHO) on the TT and having a Stg 3 slapped on there for less than the above mentioned cars plus you have the option of quattro, which none of your oher choices have..

TT all the way...

Default No one answer here...

Having owned the BMW and now the TT, the Audi wins on design, but you wil be disapointed in the engine and probably the shifter. IMHO a 6 always beats a 4...even a turbo. The vette just is a different vehicle, nice, but a slightly diferent market, The M roadster...fast, a bit dated, and a bit cramped....New, and money not being a problem for a 2 seater, i'd pick boxter s, then the TT, then the M, than the Vette...if you just go with the boxter, than I'd say the TT and Boxter are about even...also if you want more room, go with the TT coupe, which was what I did, and for the price, performance, and functionality, I don't think it can be beat! Hope this helps!
